The Trotters Wildlife Farm can also be found here, which will provide a fantastic day out for children and grown-up's alike.

Also on our doorstep is the renowned Castle Inn with full leisure and beauty facilities, as well as bar and restaurant.

Little Orchard is the perfect rural retreat for exploring these and many other treasures of the English Lake District and Cumbria. The house is half a mile away from the village and 500 yards away from Armathwaite Hall, along with their childrens attraction 'Trotters World of Animals' - a petting zoo containing all of the farmyard favourites along with some more unusual species.
